In this time frame we update our player to new major version v5.1.0.

- Introducing a Skin-Framework for creating player skins
- Added Watermark (Channelinfo, Logo & Text)
- Added Watermark Protection (Copy) to identify user origins
- Added configuration parameter preventNativeFullScreenOnIOS (bool)
- Automatically changing playbackRate back to normal when reaching LIVE mode
- Added countdown locales
- Plenty of bugfixes
